First we do a telephone interview to determine the best way to help you. We discuss your situation, your home and what you want to accomplish, and we tailor our services accordingly. At the end of the interview, we make an appointment to do a staging consultation or to gather information so we can give you a free proposal for recommended staging services.

Consultation and Implementation

The consultation is a 1 to 2 hour review of the inside and outside of your home. At the consultation we'll help you make the transition from thinking of your family home, to seeing it as a commodity that's on the market and in the public eye. We show you ways to make your home appeal to the broadest range of buyers so they can make an emotional connection and visualize living there. Because a seller usually has to stay in the home until it sells, we make recommendations you can live with.
